Who is responsible
What we collect
This website has no contact forms and sets no cookies of its own. We collect personal data only in these cases:
- Booking a call. The booking calendar at the bottom of the home page is provided by Calendly and loads when you scroll towards it. Calendly collects the name, email address and answers you enter, and sets its own cookies. We use this data to prepare for and hold the call. See Calendly's privacy notice.
- Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Visitor statistics. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Email. If you write to us, we use your message and address to reply.
Why we are allowed to
Booking data and emails are processed to take steps you asked for before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Hosting and statistics rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Booking and email data are kept for as long as we are in contact and then for up to 2 years, unless the law requires longer, for example for invoices.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).
